To maintain a safe and collaborative experience where everyone can flourish, we ask that you abide by our community standards. These guidelines are thoughtfully designed to reflect the needs of our growing community.
Build authentic relationships
With a positive attitude, a generous spirit, and a bit of curiosity, you can use this space to build genuine relationships with fellow FreeBirds™.
This is a community and not a marketplace. There will be no selling, affiliate links, lead capture, promotions, or any form of content marketing.
Respect and Professionalism
Treat all members with respect and maintain a professional demeanor. Be mindful of your language, avoid personal attacks, and refrain from engaging in any form of harassment or hate speech. We value diversity and expect all members to do the same.
Relevant and Valuable Contributions
Contribute to meaningful discussions by sharing relevant and valuable content. This includes industry news, insights, tips, and resources that can benefit the community. Avoid spamming, self-promotion without context, or irrelevant content.
We encourage you to share your work or services with the community. However, please do so in a considerate manner. Add value to your posts by providing context and engaging with other members.
Job Postings
If you have a job opportunity, feel free to post it in the designated job posting section or as per the specific guidelines outlined by the administrators. Ensure your job postings are legitimate and provide clear details about the role, compensation, and requirements.
Collaboration and Networking
Take advantage of the networking opportunities within the group. Connect with other freelancers, share your expertise, and seek collaboration or partnership opportunities. Be open to sharing advice, offering support, and learning from others' experiences.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Respect the privacy of fellow group members. Do not share personal or sensitive information without obtaining consent. Be cautious when discussing client projects to avoid breaching confidentiality agreements. If you come across any privacy concerns, report them to the community administrators immediately.
Promote constructive group culture
Our community would not exist without the thoughtful contributions of our members. It is up to all of us to maintain a positive environment by practicing good citizenship.

- In case of conflicts or disagreements, maintain a respectful and constructive approach. If you encounter any issues, report them to the community administrators, who will take appropriate action. Avoid engaging in public arguments or taking matters into your own hands. Report any content (via email to [email protected]) that does not meet these standards.
- Search the group before posting a question and see if it’s already been answered.
- Be helpful and patient. We're all learning and everyone within the community is participating based on their level of understanding.Â

By joining the FreeBirds™ Community, you agree to abide by these community guidelines. Failure to comply may result in warnings, post removal, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community, as determined by the group administrators.
